Our service starts long before your arrival, with an initial consultation to better understand your group. Following an initial Adventure Proposal we will work hand-in-hand with you to curate the right mix of Maui tours to please everyone. Once on island, our Adventure Guides are on-hand to ensure everything goes smoothly, from touchdown to departure.

Founder – Ben Larson
As a Boy Scout I dreamed of creating my own outfitting and guide company. I started working as a ropes course instructor in high school and have been planning and guiding adventures ever since. My passion for adventuring with others led me to pursue a degree in Outdoor Recreation at Luther College and complete a Wilderness Leadership Semester, with the Colorado Outward Bound school. During a sixteen year career directing summer camps, wilderness adventure programs, and retreat centers my desire to work with people and create unique and meaningful experiences only grew. I started to sense the need for new adventures of my own and decided back to school for a Masters in Tourism Management at Colorado State University. Through that experience I created Next Adventure Company in Colorado in 2017 and fulfilled a dream that began over 30 years ago. After a move to Maui, I added scuba dive guiding to my credentials and began curating adventures in Hawaii.
